Revival Post: Photoshoot

Since September is fashion’s “New Year”, I promised myself to get start blogging again. As you may now know, I have two blogs: a fashion and lifestyle one (this), and a food and travel one (KS POV). As of the moment, I’m working on reviving this one first. I'll get to my foodie side in the latter part of the year.

Anyway, as for my revival post. Here are some shots from a mini-photoshoot I did for a contest.

Meggings: Yay or Nay?  It’s a definite, NAY for me!  A man’s leg is naturally more rugged than those of the women and the integrity of the figure is best preserved, meggings off. And you’re pretty much offering everyone a more definitive anatomical preview, leaving just a tinny-winy bit for imagination. What’s your call on meggings?K (photo from Gaggle.com)

Day 7 of Philippine Fashion Week S/S 2013 was all about Lesley Mobo, the outstanding designer to be chosen to show for Philippine Fashion Week finale. He is a very inspiring London-based designer. Originally trained as a scientist (with degree in Biology and a Med-school offer), he made a 180 degree shift and pursued a career in fashion design. He graduated fashion school with flying colors, receiving multiple awards, not to mention features in various international fashion magazines such as Italian Vogue.

Love, love this!

And that wraps Philippine Fashion Week S/S 2013. It has been a very “colorful” and giddy season with portions of fierce, fab, and chic! I hope you guys enjoyed my picks for this seasons’ collections. ‘Til the next season!
